Tanya Hall, MS, BSN, E-RYT200, YACEP

"My yoga philosophy is simple. I believe there is a yoga practice for everyone but no one teacher is going to be the teacher for everyone. We experiment with different styles and different instructors until we find our niche. We grow and the cycle continues as we find new styles and new teachers. Every moment is the guru. There's a lesson for us in every practice. The beauty of yoga is that you are always a beginner.  You are always learning. You "master" a pose and discover a whole new level of it you never knew existed. Then start over again. Every breath we take brings the possibilty of transformation. That is the true gift of the practice. And what a beautiful gift that is-to begin anew."
