bringing yoga to the river valley for over 10 years

At Seva, we offer regular and hot vinyasa yoga, relaxing restorative practices, aerial yoga, and private sessions. Our teachers design their own sequences and teach original classes.

Welcome to SevaYogaStudios

What We Offer

Classes to relax, restore, and reconnect

Meditation, gentle movement, and the space to rest and breathe, these classes promote physical and mental wellbeing and emotional regulation.

Classes to test your limits and explore possibilities

Vigorous movement, challenging poses, and the chance to fly, these classes increase strength, stamina, and mobility, and remind us that we can do hard things.

Unique classes that stray from the typical classroom experience

Fly on an aerial swing and feel like a kid again. Build the strength, skills, and techniques needed for inversions in The Upside Down. Work with a teacher and collaborate with others in Mysorta.
